Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase providing they are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

We aim to ship every parcel the next working day but due to the nature of our handcrafted business, this may not always be possible. We use Royal Mail 1st class to ship all parcels.
